Our commitment

LUME is privacy-first by design. We build glasses that work for you, not against you. Your data belongs to you.

What we collect

• Pre-order information: Name, email, and payment details processed securely through Stripe. We never store card numbers.
• Device data: Photos, videos, and voice recordings captured by LUME glasses are stored on-device (32 GB). Nothing is uploaded without your explicit action.
• AI requests: When you use voice commands routed to a cloud model, those queries are processed by your chosen provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, or your own). LUME does not store or log these requests.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data. Ever.
• We don't run background uploads or silent telemetry.
• We don't use your photos or voice for training models.
• The camera LED indicator cannot be disabled by software.

Third-party services

We use Stripe for payment processing and Google Fonts for our website. Both have their own privacy policies. No other third-party trackers or analytics are present on this website.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@lume.glass. We'll process your request within 48 hours.
