Pre-order terms
By placing a pre-order reservation ($99), you are securing a unit from Batch 01 of LUME AI Smart Glasses. This is a refundable reservation, not a final purchase.
Refund policy
- Your $99 reservation is fully refundable until 30 days before shipment.
- To request a refund, email hello@lume.glass. Refunds are processed within 48 hours.
- Reservation funds are held in a separate Stripe account and are not used for operations until units ship.
Product description
LUME AI Smart Glasses are a pre-order product. Final specifications, features, and shipping dates may change. We commit to transparent communication about any changes through monthly progress updates.
Payment
The $99 reservation secures your unit. The remaining balance is due at shipment. You will not be auto-charged — we will confirm with you before processing the final payment.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of LUME and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Limitation of liability
LUME provides this website and pre-order service "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the pre-order process.
